Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (Halal 80/20 blend)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 refrigerated 8-inch pie crusts
2 large eggs, whisked
2 medium onions, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced


Instructions

Unroll frozen pie crusts onto parchment-lined pans.
Brown ground beef in a skillet, add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes on medium-low.
Spoon beef mixture into the bottom crust, top with half the cheese.
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, brush onto the top crust.
