Ingredients

1 large head green cabbage (about 2 lbs)
34 medium carrots
1 small red onion
1 tsp celery seeds
1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp sugar


Instructions

Cut cabbage crosswise into quarters, core, and thinly slice into a large bowl
Grate carrots and dice onion; add to the bowl
