Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk chocolate, chopped

2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
Combine melted butter and sugar in a large bowl
Add eggs one at a time, beating vigorously after each addition
Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt into the bowl
Whisk dry ingredients into wet mixture on low speed
Fold in melted milk chocolate using a silicone spatula
