Ingredients
6 large ripe peaches
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
Zest from 1 lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Zest 1 lemon into 5 tablespoons sugar; mix to combine
Peel, halve, and slice peaches into 1/4-inch pieces
Toss sliced peaches with cinnamon and sugar-lemon mixture; let rest for 15 minutes
In another bowl, combine oats, all-purpose flour, and softened butter until crumbly
Press 1/3 of the crumble mixture into the base of a 9×13-inch baking dish
