Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup cold water
½ tsp baking soda
1 lb roasted red onions
1.5 lbs roasted tomatoes
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp fine sea salt

Fresh basil (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Chill pie dish in refrigerator for 30 minutes
Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl
Add cold water and mix until dough forms
Press dough into chilled dish and roll to firm
Blend roasted onions and tomatoes in food processor (20 pulses)
Heat cinnamon and cloves briefly
Spread mixture into crust
